Earn While You Learn.

Start your Career Today.

The SW WA Electrical JATC is a registered apprenticeship with the State of Washington that is sponsored by IBEW Local 76 and Southwest Washington Chapter of NECA.  SWJATC provides training for journey level workers and apprentices. Our apprenticeship is a combination of on-the-job training with classroom/lab hours.  Apprentices are paid while they are on the job   “Earn while you Learn” program and raises are based on hours worked in the field.

A Choice and a Commitment.

Apprenticeship is both a career choice and a commitment. Apprenticeship combines classroom studies with on-the-job training under the supervision of a licensed journey level craft person or trade professional. Apprenticeship programs are a proven success. They offer key benefits not normally found in other education and job training programs.

Continue Your Education.
